Clearing the Cache

Sometimes, you’ll make an update to your website but it won’t show up on the live site. There’s a chance that you've made an error, but other times you won't have. In this case, you’ll clearing the cache may help.

1. Go to Site settings → Clear cache.
2. Your update should now appear. If it doesn't, give it a few minutes and try again.

If Your Login Page Looks Funky

Sometimes when sharing a theme across nations, the layout_protected.html file becomes compromised, which screws up the look of your login page. If you notice this:

1. Go to Theme → Files.
2. Copy and paste all the content from layout.html into layout_protected.html, replacing what’s already there.
